Enroll Your Company and then your employees/users

Enroll your Company in Text2Punch through our secure online portal.  Once your company is enrolled and you receive the confirmation email, then log in and enroll your employees/users.  Your company is assigned a texting phone number which is used by all employees/users.  Each user will be sent a text for activation along with a short guide for use.  Immediately your employee/user phones will be active with Text2Punch.

The guide for a user is simple:

• Always use the phone number originally sent with the activation text
• For the start of day or to punch “IN” – the user texts IN
• For the end of day or to punch “OUT” – the user texts OUT
• For an “OUT FOR LUNCH” punch – the user texts OL
• For an “IN FROM LUNCH” punch – the user texts IL
• For a Job transfer – the user texts JOB xxxxxx (JOB client id)
• For a Department transfer – the user texts DEP xxxxxxx (DEP department code)
• To post a miles transaction – the user texts MI ### (MI numeric input)
• To post a piece work transaction – the user texts PC ### (PC numeric input)
• To post a expense amount transaction – the user texts TR ###.## (TR dollar amount)
• To check their current status on the clock – punch ST
• THAT’S IT!

Daily all employee punches are sent to the company contact in the profile by email in a CSV format.  If you choose to auto download via SFTP the company profile will allow you to configure firewall portal settings.  You may need your IT support assistance for these settings and testing.
